Nature: humanity's greatest foe. Society has done a great of eliminating large swathes of it by buying it under concrete and strip malls, but unfortunately, much of the planet is still plagued by the presence fauna and foliage. In order to help make Blade Runner our reality as quickly as possible, I agreed to go on a scouting mission while on vacation in order to pinpoint our next target: Lynn Valley.
In addition to all of its nature, Lynn Valley is also known for a robust suspension bridge that spans across a deep canyon. Littered with powerful waterfalls and pointed, stabby rocks, this is not the type of bridge that one would like to fall off of. Despite having gone skydiving earlier this year, I did feel a little nervous while crossing this thing, as it swayed back and forth as throngs of tourists barreled by. I assume that I looked quite silly as I underwent the tough balancing act of standing still while holding out my phone camera to take a picture from the center. The foggy skies and the mist from the waterfalls created a wonderful sense of atmosphere and added to the tension of crossing the bridge.
Now that this intelligence has been collected, we will hopefully be able to send out a strike force soon and erect another Tim Horton's* there.
Note: You can tell that I really did travel to Canada based on these totally obscure pop culture references.
